Mr. Cohen joined Twenty-First Century Music from Microsoft, where he was Group Manager in MSN, responsible for key components of MSN's small business and commerce hosting services. Prior to MSN, Mr. Cohen was development lead for Microsoft's Commerce Server Product, the leading Commerce Server platform.

Prior to Microsoft, Cohen was Director of Product Design and Engineering Manager at eShop - the eCommerce pioneer which was acquired by Microsoft in 1996. Previously, Cohen worked at Sun Microsystems.

Cohen has extensive development expertise in eCommerce, community services, website development, systems and database programming. Mr. Cohen has five patents in eCommerce and automated website management.

Mr. Cohen received an International Baccalaureate degree from the Frankfurt International School. Next, he graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Chemistry & Physics, followed by a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.
